From the outset both Mary and Gordon were very professional, efficient, helpful and above all friendly and easy to approach. Never did Gordon ever say it cannot be done: instead let’s look at it, let’s see how we can do it and in a very short time we had a resolution. Gordon is a hands on builder always on site making sure everything is completed to a very high standard. Mary is equally meticulous in the office. She liaised with us and suppliers making sure everything was ready on time. In fact there were no delays and we took ownership before the expected time of completion. All the workmen employed by Gordon take the same pride in their work and all are experts in their field. Building a house could be a traumatic experience but thanks to Gordon and Mary we enjoyed every minute and we’re justifiably proud of the result. It would give us great pleasure to recommend Francey Homes to anyone requiring a builder.”
