They work very well as a team and we very much enjoyed developing a relationship with them throughout the project. The level of thought that Gordon put into every detail was enormous, and we really benefitted from his ability to reflect on decisions until he was certain that each option was the right one. He was particularly sympathetic to the needs of a period restoration project such as ours, and went to great lengths to source appropriate materials and deliver a high level of craftsmanship and finish. We were also extremely impressed by the quality of specialist tradespeople and subcontractors Gordon and Mary work with, all of them experts in their own right. We have been involved in several building projects over the years and, although all our experiences were positive, we can honestly say we have never come across this level of service and quality. We would say unequivocally to anyone looking for a building contractor that we don’t think it would be possible to find anyone better - and that’s not praise we give lightly!”
